Joint Venture Opportunities
Business Central is seeking joint venture, partnership or leasing opportunities to expand to new locations in northern California.
A successful Business Central venture requires Class A or Class B office space of at least 25,000 square feet.
Business Central provides a stable, long-term tenant base to the buildings in which it is located. Additionally, Business Central can provide onsite property management services for the entire project as well as value added services to other building tenants.
If you have vacant available office space, or expect to have a vacancy that meets these criteria, and would like to explore opening a Business Central business center in your building, please contact Stephen Fowler at sfowler@businesscentral.net or call him directly at (916) 932-2390.
Let’s discuss how Business Central can maximize your building value while minimizing future tenant improvement and operating costs.
The people at Business Central have a unique and powerful formula for service to the small to midsized business. As both a customer and a business partner I have seen their operations "up close and personal." They and their staff understand the needs of growing businesses and provide the services with a smile. They are "by far" the best product and truly care about their customers.
