I first leased an office at Business Central four years ago. I was leaving a large company to start up CSI and I wanted to sustain the same corporate environment that I was coming from. I felt that I needed to maintain the discipline that environment instilled in me to be able to propel the growth of my new venture. The Business Central environment did this and more. In addition to taking advantage of the business support services, at Business Central I met other tenants who helped with my startup and I continue to do business with them today. Our Folsom/Sacramento branch office opened with 3 staff members, quickly grew to 20, then shrunk to 8 and is now up to 15 total staff. Our need to add additional office space and services, then to reduce overhead and then once again expand was easily managed by the Business Central staff. They are able to provide space configurations that greatly enhance our staff’s teamwork and our productivity is among the highest of any of our branch offices. Business Central Folsom’s amenities are very professional but are also very comfortable with client lounges, conference rooms and other common areas that make for a great work environment. I was first interested in Bus Central because of the pricing, which was very reasonably & competitively priced. Our office requires us to be somewhat centrally located. 3550 Watt Avenue is between highway 50 and highway 80 which makes the location very accessible and easy to find. This in itself was a primary factor in finding the right office location. However, after speaking with Thomas Tenge I was extremely impressed with his friendly service oriented attitude and knew that at the least I had to see the space. Upon my first visit I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and staff that immediately made me feel comfortable and offered to show me the space. I was given a tour of the tastefully decorated building and shown several office spaces. I decided on a corner office and after a minimum of discussion regarding services (which are fantastic, especially on Friday when a continental breakfast is served to all office tenants) and other amenities we signed a very easy to understand agreement and we moved in. The management was so helpful that we were even provided the number for movers who work with Business Central. I cannot speak enough about the quality of the management and the building to do them justice. My advice, see the space, meet the people and you too will know what an extraordinary place Business Central is to have your business office needs met and to have your clients come and see you.
