Business Central will provide your clients with the most cost effective, scalable and flexible office space in the market. They will love you for sending them to Business Central.
You can decide the amount of your involvement in every deal whether it’s one phone call to Business Central with your clients contact information or partnering with us through the entire deal. Either way you choose you get paid the same and once a new deal is signed we will process your commission immediately.

Standard Commission Details
Commissions are calculated at 6% of 1st year rent revenue and 3% of each remaining year’s rent revenue. Commissions are paid 50% upon receipt of a fully executed agreement/deposit check and 50% upon occupancy.
Incentives are calculated based on total office rent revenue. Longer term deals will result in larger incentives.
