Your overall cost is based on the size of office space or suite, the length of term that you are comfortable with, the number of people that will occupy the space, and what services and furniture you would like to include. You can get exactly what you need. As you grow, unit costs decline as the space increases, the number of people increase, and (if) the term lengthens. As a Client, your rentable square footage includes your private office space and an allocation of the shared usable spaces in the building in addition to traditional building load factors for common areas. When Business Centrals’ Clients are able to share the spaces (described under the shared space heading) they are able to lease less overall square footage than would be needed in alternative buildings. This often results in a significant savings from the alternative space option.
